Early 20th Century English Oak | Reimagined by French Mirror House

Originally a warm English oak piece, it has been carefully refinished using layered tonal neutrals and geometric stencilling to create a softly aged, architectural presence. The repeating triangular motif wraps around the drawer fronts and sides, forming a subtle rhythmic pattern that feels both classical and quietly contemporary.

The palette is intentionally muted — warm stone, chalk, and soft taupe tones — allowing the original form and proportions to remain the focus.

The top is bordered with a fine tonal frame and features a central motif, gently aged to sit comfortably within the whole composition.

Original dark metal drop handles and escutcheons have been retained, grounding the lighter finish with contrast and authenticity.
